In the dairy plant “Pasvalio Sūrinė” we have implemented various projects of the milk reception lines, milk pasteurizers and cream pasteurizer.
Also, we modified, improved and renewed cheeses production lines. This helped to control the process, allowed them to use the resources and increase the overall quality optimally.
Our scope of delivery:
- Electrical design and assembly of the electrical cabinets;
- Delivery of the mounting materials;
- Electrical installation on site;
- Software design for the PLCs (Siemens S7-300 and S7-400) and SCADA (Wonderware InTouch);
- Commissioning and start-up works of the system.
Very important that we helped our customer quickly identify faults and made sure to eliminate them.
