TPA has successfully completed one of its largest and most technologically complex automation projects to date – the full automation of a vegetable washing, sorting, and packaging plant at the M. Laukaitis farm.
This project stands out for both its technological sophistication and production capacity and is currently regarded as one of the most advanced solutions of its kind in Lithuania. During the project implementation, the client chose to rely on Lithuanian engineering expertise, partnering with locally owned companies UAB Milviteka and UAB TPA.
As part of the project, TPA implemented a fully automated control system for the vegetable washing, sorting, and packaging lines, ensuring high process efficiency, precision, and operational stability throughout the entire production cycle.
Although cooperation with foreign technology suppliers was considered during the initial development stage, the final decision to entrust the project to Lithuanian companies became a strong example of confidence in local engineering competence. The plant is exceptional both in terms of the maturity of the applied technologies and the scale of processed production volumes.
The project is distinguished not only by its scale but also by its technological complexity. Following implementation, the production capacity of the M. Laukaitis farm increased more than fivefold – from 15 t/h to 80 t/h.
