We offer the full scale of automation solutions. Our services:


Electrical engineering and design of automation systems

 
We offer electrical engineering services in the following range: 
  - electrotechnics (voltage up to 1000 V);
  - electronic communications (telecommunications);
  - process control and automation.

We use special software for electrical engineering. PCschematic is CAD program, specially designed for electrical CAD documentation. We use AutoCAD Electrical as well. Main advantage of these software packages - automated design of electrical drawings, fast and reliable preparation of electrical documentation is achieved.
 


Software for automation systems

 
We make software for automation systems of different technological processes.
We programme:
  - PLC"s from different manufacturers, we are most experienced with Siemens, ABB, Unitronics PLC"s;
  - visualization and process control systems. We use the following software packages: Siemens WinCC, Wonderware InTouch, Wonderware InBatch, Intellution iFIX; ABB SattGraph 5000.
  - different operating panels, we are most experienced with Siemens, Beijer electronics panels.


Assemblage of control panels

We do assemblage of control panels for automation systems, we make testing and tuning as well. We use components and installation materials from world wide known manufacturers. We deliver electrotechnical production only well tested, provided with documentation set. Our control cabinets have CE marking and correspond to requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 73/23/EEC, Test standard EN 60439-1:1999. 

Our production:
  - Control cabinets for control of technological equipment, data acquisition, data communication;
  - Motor control centres;
  - Systems with frequency converters;
  - Cabinets for electric power distribution in the low voltage electricity networks;
  - Pneumatical panels.

We offer different construction variants in accordance with requirements of systems and customers. We use painted steel and stainless steel cabinets. Protection degree is up to IP65. 

       


Installation and electrical mounting works

 
We do electrical installation works (electrical cabling, mounting of cables trays, etc.) of automation systems on site. We have brigade of qualified electrical mounters for a smaller size projects. We work in bigger projects with help of our partners, engineers from our company are working as electrical supervisors in such projects.


Commissioning and start-up

  We do commissioning and star-up of automation systems:
  - tests and measurements of control and power circuits;
  - tuning of regulators;
  - configuration of microprocessor systems;
  - start-up of electrical equipment;
  - tests and commissioning of software for control of technological processes, tuning of parameters for optimal process control.
