Ice cream factory “Ingman Ledai” (Lithuania)
Completely automated plant using batch system. Our company has the contract of maintenance of automation system in JSC "Ingman Ledai". Engineers of our company have been leading software and hardware engineers during installation and start-up of fully automated ice cream factory. The size of this installation  is ~ 2000 I/O signals. Configuration: PLC - Siemens S7-400 + ET200M; PC"s with InTouch and InBatch from Wonderware.
Our scope of delivery: production extension project in ice cream factory. Extension has been done in the milk reception and mixing areas including installation of new cream/milk tank and new production lines. Hardware changes coursed serious software modifications including material handling, new recipes of ice cream mixing, handling of batches and reporting.
